The XBD fire pump is a medium and low pressure fire pump product developed by our company based on the fire protection needs of domestic engineering construction, high-rise buildings, and industrial and mining enterprises, in accordance with the national GB6245-2006 "Fire Pump Performance Requirements and Test Methods" standard. The product has been tested by the National Fire Equipment Quality Supervision and Testing Center, and all performance indicators have met the standard requirements, and has obtained the Shanghai Fire Product Certification.
The XBD system fire pump is divided into vertical and horizontal single-stage pumps, as well as vertical multi-stage pumps. The entire series of single-stage pumps uses mechanical seals, while multi-stage pumps use mechanical seals or packing seals to meet the needs of different users.
XBD-L vertical single-stage fire pump is used for conveying clean water without solid particles and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. Mainly used for boosting water supply in fire protection systems, and can also be used for water supply and drainage in factories and mines. The flow rate range for conveying liquids is 5-80L/s, the pressure range is 0.2-2.5Mpa, the matching power range is 1.5-200Kw, and the caliber range is Φ 50~Φ 200mm
Main purpose
XBD-L fire pump is mainly used in the water supply and fire fighting system of fixed fire fighting systems (fire hydrant fire extinguishing system, automatic sprinkler system, water spray fire extinguishing system, etc.) in industrial and civil buildings, which can deliver clean water without solid particles below 80 ℃ and media with chemical properties similar to water. It can also be used for buildings with shared water supply systems for daily life and production, as well as municipal water supply and drainage.

It can be installed in multiple ways according to the on-site usage conditions. And according to the requirements of flow rate and head, the required flow rate and head shall be increased by parallel or series connection.
The bearing adopts low-noise enclosed bearings, which have been injected with lubricating grease before leaving the factory, ensuring continuous operation for more than two years. And the components have high concentricity, the pump impeller has excellent dynamic balance, operates without vibration, and improves the usage environment.
The pump shaft seal is a mechanical seal that does not leak or wear the shaft, increasing its service life and ensuring a clean and tidy operating environment.
